TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby-red with violet highlights. The fine, fruity bouquet has very persistent, clear-cut overtones of violet, blueberry, black cherries and rosemary. The taste is agreeably dry, and its pleasant almondy aftertaste brings out its fullness with soft tannins.

Casa E. di Mirafiore is a historic winery in the heart of Piedmont’s Langhe region, renowned for its deep roots and sustainable philosophy. Founded in the 19th century, it produces classic wines such as Barolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, each a true reflection of the UNESCO-listed hills where they are born. With a balance of tradition and elegance, Mirafiore crafts wines that embody authenticity, respect for nature and the timeless charm of Piedmont.
VINEYARD & VINIFICATION
The vineyards, located on high and mid-hillsides at 300–350 m a.s.l., face south-east and south-west, with soils rich in clay and calcareous marl. Fermentation follows a traditional method, lasting 8–10 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25°C, followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks before the end of November. Mirafiore Dolcetto d’Alba is then aged in large and medium-sized oak barrels (20–140 hl) for two months, before being bottled and released after a further six months of bottle ageing.
