PRODUCER PROFILE
Azienda Vitivinicola Luigi Tacchino is a family-run winery in Monferrato, Piedmont, with over three generations of winemaking heritage. Alessio and Romina now combine tradition with modern techniques to craft quality wines. They’re particularly known for their Gavi, Dolcetto, and Barbera, reflecting the unique terroir of Castelletto d’Orba.
VINEYARD & VINIFICATION
Fermentation: Temperature controlled at 12°-14°C in stainless steel tanks
Refinement Condition: Aged in stainless steel tanks on the lees for at least 3 months and then in bottle for the time needed
