TASTING NOTES
A traditional blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, aged in concrete vats and 3 year old barrels for 14 months. Deep, intense hue, aromas of fresh black fruit, a little meaty and dried herbs. On the palate, the richness of the tannins harmonizes with the smoothness of the wine. The finish is long, with spice aromas and liquorice.
