1. Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via express courier service.
Standard delivery time is 24 hours from dispatch on working days (Monday to Friday), provided the order is confirmed by 1 pm and barring any unforeseen courier delays beyond our control.
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping is free for orders over £120. A £9,95 fee applies to orders below this amount.
Deliveries require an adult signature (18+) upon receipt.
2. Delays and Courier Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the courier.
Mind Your Wines cannot be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or any service issues caused by the courier company.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at [insert email].
We may request photos of the damaged items and packaging for verification.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
4. Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.
Unopened and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, at your own cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned goods have been inspected.
5. Responsible Delivery
Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18.
If the courier is unable to verify the recipient’s age, the delivery will not be completed.
