Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy was last updated on December 18, 2025 and applies to citizens and legal permanent residents of the United Kingdom.

Mind Your Wines is owned and operated by Grade Eleven Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

This Delivery & Returns Policy applies to Grade Eleven Ltd and customers within the United Kingdom. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via express courier service.

Standard delivery time is 24 hours from dispatch on working days (Monday to Saturday), provided the order is confirmed by 1:00 pm and subject to any unforeseen courier delays beyond our control.
Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 and 17:00, excluding public holidays.

At present, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We do not offer overseas delivery.

2. Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders over £120 (restrictions may apply to remote areas such as Highlands & Islands).
A £9.95 delivery fee applies to orders below £120.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Method & Responsibility

All orders are shipped via tracked courier service.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the courier. Grade Eleven Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions or events beyond our control.

4. Responsible Delivery

Alcohol purchases are subject to age verification. We do not deliver alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

If the courier is unable to verify that the recipient is aged 18 or over at the time of delivery, the delivery will not be completed and the order may be returned to us.

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the damaged items and packaging to assist with verification.

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the issue)

6. Returns & Cancellations

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your wine, provided that:

  • All bottles are unopened and intact

  • Items are returned in their original condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened bottles

  • Consumed products

  • Items damaged after delivery

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including rights relating to faulty or misrepresented goods.

8. Responsible Delivery of Alcohol

We take responsible alcohol retail seriously:

  • Alcohol cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18

  • Proof of age may be requested upon delivery

  • Orders may be returned to us if age verification fails
