TASTING NOTE

The wine is straw yellow with golden reflections. Delicate aromas of white flowers, golden apple, slight notes ofbanana and peach. On the palate, the wine is fresh, aromatic and velvety with light scents of acacia honey and apleasant roundness.

La Jara is an estate where organic viticulture thrives, nestled in the stony, nutrient-rich vineyards north of Venice.The land, shaped by the River Piave’s deposits of limestone pebbles, provides ideal conditions for producingnuanced, pure wines. The estate is known for its Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes, which take on delicate floralaromas due to the soil’s ability to retain warmth. Founded by brothers Massimo and Paolo, with Giovanni handlingsales, La Jara is dedicated to crafting easy-drinking wines of outstanding quality. Year after year, they expandtheir organic plantings while continually improving their wine-making technology to ensure excellence.

VINEYARD & VINIFICATION

Our lands are constituted of stones, which accumulate heat during the day to return it back slowly during thenight, exalting the fresh and various fragrances of the grapes. Training method is Sylvoz. Natural re- fermentationin stainless steel tank using the “Martinotti – Charmat” method.
