TASTING NOTES
Its charm is enhanced by flavours of spices and red fruits. Its iodised nose and saline flavours highlight its aromatic freshness. Without excessive opulence, it continues on the palate with beautiful, delicate bitters of great tension. The tannins are soft and provide a fine structure, which creates a straight and deep wine that reflects its terroir.
PRODUCER PROFILE
Organic Domaine Terrebrune was created by trained sommelier Georges Delille, who purchased the land in 1963. The 30-hectare domaine is located in Bandol, on the eastern side of Provence, and follows organic practices. Like the wines, the reputation of Domaine Terrebrune has been built with patience over many years. The Domaine, crowned with three stars last year, turned a new page with the arrival of Jean d’Arthuys who intends to further this already renowned reputation. The wines best serve those that are patient – there should never be a rush to open these bottles, rosés included. With their remarkable concentration and finesse, leave them alone for two, three, four, five years… and counting.
